Breaded chicken salad ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ—
๐ŸŒŸ Ingredients:

- 170g of almond flour
- 100g of grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper.
- 1 egg
- 60mL of milk
- 450g of chicken fillets

๐ŸŒŸ Instructions:

1. Mix the almond flour with the Parmesan, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and ground black pepper. In a separate bowl, beat an egg with the milk

2. Cut the chicken into pieces and coat it with the egg mixture and then the flour mixture.

3. Spray the inside of a heated air fryer set at 200 ° C with an oil spray and place the chicken loosely in the fryer. Do it in batches if necessary. Spray the top of the coated chicken with an additional oil spray and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking (can be done in a pan)
4. Serve the chicken in a salad with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, hard-boiled egg ๐Ÿฅš, avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘, a slice of crispy bacon ๐Ÿฅ“ and homemade honey mustard vinaigrette ๐Ÿฏ Bon appรฉtit! ๐Ÿ’š
